Bob Bell Staff was friendly and professional but seemed very slow. Took a long time. Even though I emailed before we left to buy the car (we test drove the day Staff was friendly and professional but seemed very slow. Took a long time. Even though I emailed before we left to buy the car (we test drove the day prior) it still took over 3 hours to complete the transaction. Much of the time spent with the salesman having to stroll across the showroom to make copies or get printed materials. Spring for printers for each desk! More
