We were upfront and let them know that we had credit issues. We were told what our payment would be, went to test drive and upon returning, told sorry you must trade your only other vehicle otherwise no deal. We would NEVER do business with or refer anyone to this dealership. The only personable employee that we met was our salesman. More

Service Department Very Disorganized Although the buying experience was very good once you start dealing with the service department it's much more on the negative side. I purchased a 201 Although the buying experience was very good once you start dealing with the service department it's much more on the negative side. I purchased a 2015 Sonata and overall it has been a good vehicle. Prior to that I was a long term Toyota person. Very disorganized, and no consideration for your time and problems. I have utilized them for service five times now and each time was frustrated and upset. This last time they actually sent me out on a lengthy road in a vehicle that could be considered unsafe. Luckily, I am an experienced driver and was able to compensate for the condition so myself and my family were not injured and I was able to get back to the dealership. Phone calls to tell them about the condition go unanswered and no one seemed concerned. Parts take a week to get so you are just expected to let the vehicle sit or compensate for the condition. It all seems to revolve around being overloaded with work and very disorganized. Even with an appointment they may not complete your vehicle the day you bring it in. Buy the car there, but take it somewhere else for service. More
