Poor Service I bought a car the week of Christmas, by Christmas Eve my fog light had fallen out. Called service on Monday and was told they are too busy to get me I bought a car the week of Christmas, by Christmas Eve my fog light had fallen out. Called service on Monday and was told they are too busy to get me in, I could bring it in on Saturday. I sat for an 40 minutes before the service guy came to get me. He walked me back to the service area and told me I needed to call my insurance company because of my light. I just bought the car!!! He got the manager and I told him all about the car and what had happened. Dave said he would get service to order the parts and would get me a rental while my car was fixed. I called my sales lady and now 3 weeks later no one knows about what is going on. Wow... Service is no good once you buy your car. No one likes to return calls. Always a promise to call back. More
