Best ever Hyundai transaction Wow! I just wrote everything on the last page. To summarize, our last two Sonatas were from Annapolis Hyundai but we just couldn't deal with their ine Wow! I just wrote everything on the last page. To summarize, our last two Sonatas were from Annapolis Hyundai but we just couldn't deal with their inept Sales Department anymore so we walked out. We agreed to try Bob Bell before going to other manufacturers. Fortunately, we were met by James Franklin who did everything we needed and tried to move the transaction along in a professional manner. He found us a vehicle we liked at a price we could tolerate. In doing that he saved us from having to go somewhere else to get a new car. He and his manager promised us the paperwork would move quickly. While it didn't move as quickly as promised, you managed to shave a full hour off our last leasing transaction (and that was with an organization who had all our data). James did everything possible to make this the best possible experience and we appreciated it. I know that if I have any questions I can call him and he will be there to help. So we thank James and the whole organization for turning a dreaded task (getting a new car) into what it's supposed to be, a pleasant experience that bodes well for the future.
