Disappointed with entire experience. Called and made an appointment for several recalls to my 2011 Ford fusion, plus a brake job. Was given an appointment for 2 weeks later, no problem, w Called and made an appointment for several recalls to my 2011 Ford fusion, plus a brake job. Was given an appointment for 2 weeks later, no problem, was told that I would be provided with a rental car, no problem, and that the recalls and brakes would be able to to be finished in one day, no problem. Went over the list of recalls for my vehicle with one of their service providers, continued to assure me that it would be done in one day. I dropped off my car on Monday at 9:00 am, was told that the rental car wasn't there but on it's way. I continued to wait for 20 minutes before I left and walked over to the rental place myself. The rental car was free of charge, but I had to pay $20 per day for their collision insurance. I figured I had to be at work in Annapolis by 10:00, one day was not so bad. I was told later that day that they had to order the fuel tank and that the brake job would be around $800. I would not get my car back on Monday. I would not get my car back Tuesday. I was told that I would get it back Thursday. I arrived at the rental office at 8:50 Thursday morning and turned in my rental. I was charged $60 for the 3 days I had the car. I walked across the lot to the service department where I was told that my car was still not ready. I understand that some things take time, but I had received no call or text telling me that it wouldn't be ready, I had already turned in rental, fully expecting my car to be done and had to be at work at 10:00. In 3 days, they had programed the power steering control module. That's all. Was told by several other service providers that a brake job should only take a couple of hours. Why did they keep my car for 3 days and basically do nothing? They had to order the parts? Seems like the parts should have been ordered and there when I dropped off my car. Very dissatisfied with the communication and poor customer service. The power steering works great, though. Kudos to the mechanic! More

You have to leave a voicemail as nobody at the service department bothers to pick up. So I left message. After no return call for over two hours I called and left message on yet another service departments person. No call back rest of day. Had to go to work next day and called from work, same routine, nobody picked up. So this time I dialed through to general receptionist who promptly forwards me to service department where nobody picks up. So I called her again and demanded to speak to a manager as this is getting ridiculous. All of a sudden someone in service department was able to pick up. However Steve was clearly I formed of me being angry and was let’s say a bit aggressive on the phone. Asking me if I had the recall number in front of me so he could look up the recall. Really? It’s a 2018! I informed him had someone called me back yesterday I would have had the paperwork in front of me but I am at work now and don’t have it. He then proceeded to ask me if we ever used their service department. YES! We bought the vehicle there. He was very short and bothered. After sorting everything out he did give me an appointment but what the heck! All of them need schooling in customer service. I would be fired with that attitude! More

I stopped up to the dealership on my way home and asked for Todd and i was told he was now on an extended leave and most likely would not return so another sales person helped me. Test drove the car i was intrested in and filled out all the trade-in - A plan - financing info for the purchase and was told i would be contacted the next day. 44 hours later i finally recieved the call that i was approved but they also wanted 12,000 down payment on the car when i already had a preapproval for nearly thr same amount with zero down. Something's just not right over there. More

I had planned on waiting until November, but decided to look around to see what was available and check out pricing. When I went to Bob Bell's website, I found the perfect car. It was a 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited with low mileage. I called the dealership to find out more about it. Todd answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment to get with Christian the following night. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I got a great deal on the car and a great trade in rate on the Kia. They offered me the chance to take it hoi that night, but I arranged to pick it up the following night. I completed all the paperwork while I was there. The next night all.I had to do was pickup the keys and drive off. This at least the second vehicle I have bought from Bob Bell, and as long as I live in the area I will not go anywhere else. More

We bought the car "As Is" which means as soon as we drive it off of their lot it's solly our responsibility. We drove it home and noticed a burning smell by the rear drivers tire. I immediately called Bob Bell and explained what was going on to DICK MILLER. I said sir I understand that we just bought this "As Is" and he said yes man but I'm going to take care of this for you. I nearly started crying because I was SO HAPPY!!! He said Mrs Martin bring the car in first thing tomorrow. I took the car in he took it for a test drive then put it right in the bay. Within an hour he had my car fixed and was handing my keys back to me with a smile and a hand shake. Mr. Miller went ABOVE & BEYOND what was expected or required. We have bought our last few cars from Bob Bell in Glen Burnie and we will be customers FOR LIFE!! So wonderful to know that they stand by their vehicles and will take EXCELLENT care of you. Thank You Dick Miller & all at Bob Bell. More

Misleading pricing on online prices. These guys advertise prices that include every discount you can possible get and the price doesn't have freight included. I have been trying to handle a service request for a life safety recall (Takata Airbag) and have been dismissed, ignored, treated rudely and passed around. I like Ford cars; unfortunately I cannot buy another of their products because I dont trust Bob Bell Ford to service Ford vehicles. I would recommend purchasing your vehicle needs elsewhere. Calling the main number is useless for anyone though that seems to be their only reply to their negative reviews. More
