I would never recommend this establishment to anyone, and I wish there was an option for zero stars. We were having a great day and looking to purchase a car. I don’t appreciate being lied to. This place clearly runs on dishonesty and they’re okay with that. I’m not sure what kind of business this place is running But DO NOT purchase a car from here, visit Jones up the street or go anywhere else. Such a professional place , took my car in for a oil change and it needed new front rotars and breaks when I heard that my heart dropped , but thanks to the best service writer Tina Wolff , it was just change and it needed new front rotars and breaks when I heard that my heart dropped , but thanks to the best service writer Tina Wolff , it was just perfect , helped with discounts and got the lowest price possible for me I would definitely bring it back for future appointments , not to mention the mechanics there . I boght a 62k Silverado from Bob Bell in Belair and after a few weeks my running light/blinker was only working half of the time after starting the vehicle. I call them they said to bring it up so they can a few weeks my running light/blinker was only working half of the time after starting the vehicle. I call them they said to bring it up so they can look at it to fix. After taking the vehicle up there multiple times, they claim they could not get the light not to work so they did not fix it. The last time I picked it up from being left at the dealer the light did not come on when i started it so I showed the salesman who sold the vehicle to me and the general manager of the place and still did not solve or attempt to help me. This was a brand new truck and definitely with in the warranty got absolutely no help. I was a returning customer but I will go elsewhere for now on. We bought 3 vehicles in a 2 month time frame from Bob Bell Belair, one for me, my wife and daughter. I also told them my steering wheel was off center and they did not adjust it back. They just said it will work its way out. Then, when I see my wife's vehicle show up in our bank loan - the payment and signer/cosigner was all entered in the opposite of what should of been. They payment were supposed to be entered as bi-weekly but was done as monthly. This place is not worth my time and will not be going to someone who does not care about you or how much money you spend on a vehicle. On the bright side I took my vehicle to my local Chevy dealer and they installed a new light right away. More
After buying our new car a few months ago and being very happy dealing with BobBell, we took our vehicle in for its first (covered under the new vehicle agreement) oil change/maintenance visit. Just wanna happy dealing with BobBell, we took our vehicle in for its first (covered under the new vehicle agreement) oil change/maintenance visit. Just wanna let people know that they charge a $10 miscellaneous fee, which doesn’t show up on your invoice. When I asked, the cashier described it as a shop-fee that is charged each time you come in for servicing. Just disappointing in an age when I thought dealers like BobBell were getting rid of hidden fees. More
There were very engaging, but I felt rushed in the process. I felt that I wasn't given the best deal, but was taken advantage of due to my situation. I looked over my contract unfortunately after I got home to call them to discuss some of the issues that I felt rushed into the deal.I got no return call from them. Do not go to this dealership in the afternoon or evening because you can't take your time to thoroughly go over their paperwork. Can't say that it was a pleasant experience because if I felt that I was dealt with honestly and fairly afterwards, then I would be able to give them a glowing review, and highly recommend this dealership. If you decide to visit, please go when you're in a position to deal with them without being rushed. Cannot recommend. More
Mark Conrad was our salesman and was fabulous! He made us feel right at home. This is our third vehicle purchased from Bob Bell in Bel Air and it will not be our last! They went the extra step to have another financing option for us. I didn't feel rushed and felt very comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. More
Hmmmm it pains me to write this review. This dealership has dropped the ball for the final time as it IS NOT THE 1ST or 2nd. You cannot get service for your vehicle ever... Anyone picking up the phone is a blank page and cannot assist. It's disgraceful... When my mom can't get basic service or a call back when there is an issue after you have just purchased your 4th or 5th vehicle from the same location and have my mom stressed about a vehicle that she just took off the lot a couple months ago in June 2022. To add to the disregard of us as customers, to call your sales person Miki H. still waiting for a call back... (now dont freaking bother) to whom you have been dealing with for a decade or so now is just completely unacceptable. On this last purchase I myself even spoke to a Manager there who assured me this would not happen again. Unfortunately, he never did his due diligence to tighten up ship. We will not be returning to this dealership as they have no respect for the customer AFTER your purchase. We work to hard for our coin to have a Chevy Dealership treat us like this after being a loyal customer for so long. 4 trucks.... DECADES here people.... Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air Maryland is not a place we will return to. Customer Service is not their thing apparently. On principle I may have her put this darn truck on someone's lot & switch brands like we started to.... lesson learned. This is a real review via a long period of time deal with this dealership. I live in new jersey. We needed a new truck and inventory was limited last year. Ended up finding this 2017 Chevy suburban online last october. We went on the word of the dealer that everything was good. They boasted about how Maryland has the toughest standards for inspection. It was bought and serviced at that dealership so they could guarantee everything was good. They are a Chevy dealership after all. We pick up the truck the first week of november. It's cold, rainy and dark when I get there. I'm still trusting that this is a reputable dealership. when I get home the next morning my wife looks at it and it is filthy in the back half of the truck. Dog hair and slobber everywhere. Now when It gets warm out I goto use the air conditioner and it blows out hot air. They say well since it's been so long they won't help me. They could but are choosing not to. This is what I would expect from a sleazy used car lot not a Chevrolet dealership. Very dissatisfied. Do not buy from these guys. They give Chevrolet a bad name. More
