My wife and I went to Bob Bell to get more information on the new Chevy Volt. Our salesman was Mr. Cadenhead, who knew essentially every possible aspect of the Volt but also it's competitors. Bought a mini van, the website said it came with onstar, get there and it doesn't. Still buy the pile. 2 months later (at 35,000 miles) the transmission dies. get that fixed (thank Heavens for the warren get there and it doesn't. Still buy the pile. 2 months later (at 35,000 miles) the transmission dies. get that fixed (thank Heavens for the warrenty) 1 month later, out of warranty, the ABS modulator fails. $1200!!! did not fix, was not paying that. the mirrors fell out. the dealer refused to fix. they used fine print on the prices on the vehicals (said one price, but in fine print it said with a trade in) Do not trust this dealer. they are quick to just take your money and laugh. the vehicals are junk. I have purchased many vehciles from this company with no problems. 2 months ago I purchased a used Sonoma and since found out ball joints, idler arm and brake lines are bad and need replaced I was told they problems. 2 months ago I purchased a used Sonoma and since found out ball joints, idler arm and brake lines are bad and need replaced I was told they will do nothing. How does a vehicle just inspected and barely drove since my purchase have all these problems. A vehicle that they didn't wanna dump any money into and just barely slid thru inspection. Bad business!!! I will never deal with this company again for sales or service of my other vehicles. They offerted to give me $5k back, well lets see thats what they gave me supposedly for my trade...are they gonna give that back too I will take this to the MD state police regarding the inspection validity and will take my business elsewhere in the future More
