Doesn’t surprise That you can not review the records because you do not recognize user name. When dealer Rater tells me that you have my email address. And I was also told that you no longer had my checklist from the multi point services that your service department did for me because you had changed systems! Just more xx!

Thank you for your concerns. As discussed previously with our Service Manager Jeff, this issue lies with GM. GM has not authorized the repairs, so we are not able to perform them or give a loaner vehicle at this time. Jeff did reach out again to further discuss. We are very sorry to hear that GM is moving slowly on this matter.

I guess we disagree on responsibility. I purchased my truck from Bob Bell in Bel Air and I brought that truck back to Bob Bell for service to handle the issue with the bad windshield. I was told that the GM rep would have to approve replacement of the windshield. I was told the GM rep will contact me by September 8th. After numerous calls to Bob Bell and General Motors, my issue continues to be unresolved. Each blames the other for the lack of contact. Only after sharing my issue online did anyone bother to call me back. I’m pleased to say that I have heard from Bob Bell in Belair and General Motors today after 23 days of crickets. Hopefully someone will be able to finally resolve this issue.

I'm happy to share that GM has taken responsibility and has approved replacement of my windshield. GM is working to find the part and scheduling the replacement. Sorry it took so long and I thank GM and Bob Bell for communicating with each other to resolve this.
