The staff at Bob Bell were extremely friendly, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Our salesperson, Haywood Scott, was courteous and professional. The used car sales manager, Rick Schofield, went out of his way to share his personal experiences with diesel trucks, and gave us many useful tips. I was surprised to have such a pleasant, positive car buying experience. I would recommend Bob Bell Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a quality used car at a competitive price. More

I was absolutely dreading my first official car-buying experience. I stopped by just to check out the car, and Joe helped me out; we set up an appointment to come back (with my parents, of course, because I had no idea what I was doing), and I already felt more comfortable. When I returned, Jared and Joe worked as a team to help us. The part I was REALLY dreading was the test drive, but Jared made it an easy experience. After arriving at the dealership, having already worked out price and negotiated vehicle options, we also dealt with a very kind gentleman named Steve. Also part of the process was "patient" Marty who spent over an hour with us dealing with our trade and new financing questions. I just wanted to take the time to thank them and know that without their time and patience, we would not have even made the hour and a half trip to Baltimore to purchase this vehicle. Thanks again.
