I was pleasantly surprised at how freindly and helpful the staff was. I came in with a model in mind with one criteria required in the vehicle and I got it. I have not bought a new car in a very long time due the mistrust I have felt toward dealers because of the underhanded things I found later they had done, but this experience was so good that I would highly reccomend that if you are in the market for a car Gaurav and Bob Bell Chevy is the place to go! I left my 2006 Chevrolet Aveo in the care of this service center's 's mechanics and was told that the PCV valve kit needed to be replaced. After having the part shipped to the service center and waiting 5 da center's 's mechanics and was told that the PCV valve kit needed to be replaced. After having the part shipped to the service center and waiting 5 days for my car to be returned to me, I was told that it was repaired. When it continued jerking and stalling, as it had before the part was replaced, I took it back to be fixed. Maybe something else was wrong with the car? After two days of reprogramming, I was again told that it was fixed. When I received the car two days later, it took no more than 48 hours for it to experience the same exact symptoms. Clearly their diagnostic skills were lacking, and this experience was a waste of time and money. I have no reason to recommend this service center (or dealer, for that matter) to anyone, as I have had a horrible experience. More

Called Matt for a used car. We wanted specific items in car. Matt called with the perfect car. We were at Sutliff in Harrisburg , PA test driving a car and told Matt we would make the 2.5 hour drive becasu car. Matt called with the perfect car.
