I really to not like the person I get stuck with every time I go there. I feel he is arrogant, there for just a paycheck and an “up sell”. I also feel that service here is way over priced…. Blown away by our great experience! We kept waiting for the ball to drop because it just was going too smooth from the beginning. Ricky was professional, helpful and fun to work with. Then, Finance with Terrance was great. Super welcoming, friendly and great sense of humor. The sales manager, Dustin came out to greet us as well and since I was formally in the car business, we had some laughs. Great group of people for sure at Subaru Carlsbad.
