We would have been more than happy to make you an offer on your 2006 Ford you were looking to see if you provided us with a real opportunity. When you walk in on the floor, treat the salesperson who was trying to help with disrespect, refuse to give him your name, tell him he has 10 minutes to make you an offer or you're leaving, I think Mr. Kelso's position can be supported when all he did was explain to you that on an older car such as yours it takes a little longer to inspect, requires a shop visit and being that you showed with no appointment we would be unable to commit to a time frame on how long it would take. Being that it was not withing the scope of your demands, does not mean we would do business with you. On another note, we do not tolerate, racial remarks toward our employees and we do require we have proper identification from someone before taking possession of their vehicle for inspection so since you were unwilling to cooperate with that, we would not be able to do business with you. When you decided to leave and your vehicle wouldn't start, we were also more than accommodating to help you get your car started so you could be on your way. You are welcome.

I was never asked for Identification and I was told it would take 15 min on the phone to have a evaluation and then 30 and then 1 hr. I said fine also Mr. Contractor is my last name it is not a fake name and the sales person and Mr. Kelso never asked for my drivers license ever Mr. Kelso stated that that he did not want to do business with people like me I did tell woody another sales person that I wanted to work with him and I was working a deal with him and he was filling out the intake info when Mr. Kelso stopped the interview process and demanded that I leave and that the process was to difficult to do and that he did not want to deal with people like me
