It had already sold but Mikela had another one brought down from their sister store later that afternoon. We purchased it the next day. In the course of dealing with her on the Explorer I asked her to have an older Lexus brought down as well. She had it on the lot Friday afternoon and after taking it home for the evening, we bought it the next day. By far the easiest dealer experience I’ve had in a long time. More
