I walked into Bob Allen Ford in Ottawa Kansas and immediately got greeted by a man with a cowboy hat (salesman DJ) and told him I never owned a ford truck before . The salesperson, DJ Johnson, was nice at first and then very rude. He talked over me when I tried to ask questions. I finally had to ask him to stop talking so I could ask questions. He was extremely pushy when trying to get me to finance through the dealership and buy their extended warranty. The day I went in to sign paperwork DJ barely spoke a word to me. I should have walked away from buying the vehicle based on my dealings with DJ. Unfortunately, I only kept the suv for about 7 months (a bit of a lemon). I must add 3 months after I bought the suv I had battery problems and there were 3 guys (can't remember names) in the Service Dept. that were exceptional. I recently purchased a new vehicle, and the salesperson and dealership experience were AWESOME compared to DJ and Bob Allen Ford in Ottawa. More
