I really enjoyed my experience at boardwalk honda. Brad was very helpfull and friendly. We did not feel pressured in making a decision which my husband really liked. I was in the market for a new vehicle and had visited several different dealerships as I was undecisive as to the make of vehicle I wanted. At times, I felt she was an advocate for me, the buyer and she also understood the importance that is placed on a buyer on such a big purchase....making sure it is at the right price and value. Boardwalk Honda had an overall friendly atmosphere and the omplimentary beverages were a nice touch, too. Honda should be very pleased to have Marcia on your team. I would not hestitate to recommend Boardwalk Honda and Marcia to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. And, by the way, I really love my new Honda Accord Coupe. More

On this particular visit, my driver side window was not operating properly. I happen to use this vehicle daily, delivering newspapers, and must have this window working. Not only did Ed personally check out the problem, but also had Steve Naylor, who I would like to call my personal mechanic, look at it also. They diagnosed, ordered the parts for me, and scheduled an appt. asap !! Job was completed when promised, and included a ride home for me when I dropped off the car. I am a long time Honda customer,and have probably bought 4-5 cars for my own use, and have leased a brand new Honda for my wife every 3 years for the last decade, and have referred a number of customers to Boardwalk (Sussman) Honda over the years. I consider myself part of the Honda Family, because that is how I am treated !! Whenever it is time for a new car, Ron Solt is the only one I deal with. He is professional, courteous, and fair, and a credit to the Honda name. As dependable as he is, so also is the Honda vehicle. My service record is quite lengthly, and each time Steve Naylor treats my cars as if they were his own.He knows my car inside and out, and I would not let any other mechanic touch my cars. Over the years, I have made numerous friends with the employees, and even joke that I should have my mail sent there, but when one feels as comfortable as I do dealing with a top-rate business, they continue to do so, and tell others too !! The manager,John Cevoli, should be praised for his dealership and team, and I am only happy to complete this review. More
Our experience with MARCIA was FABULOUS. Her customer service was great. She answered all of our questions, and helped us with anything that we didn't understand when it came to the contract. She's very hard working, so hard that she stayed with us at the dealership till it was time to close and very attentive to her customers. She's a people person and an excellent employee and knows how to work as a team player. Her friendlyness was AWESOME. She's a super funny person to talk with, I love her stories. They are funny!. I have no compliants about anything. When it was time to pick up the car, she took her time with me (Tammy), showing me the bluetooth connection, navi, auto lights, rear view mirror dimming when lights hit it, 9 second autolocks on the doors and Marcia even called to see how we were doing with the car on many occasions and if we needed any help with the Handfree Bluetooth set up. If I know anyone looking to buy a Honda, I will surely recommend Marcia. WE THANK YOU MARCIA FOR EVERYTHING YOU'VE DONE FOR US, KEEP UP YOUR EXCELLENT WORK AT BOARDWALK HONDA DEALER. I accepted some and rejected others, but at no time was there any high pressure to have work performed that I didn't think was necessary. The service was finished in less than the promised time and everything done was explained completely. This is the usual situation at Boardwalk Honda. More
