This was my 5th car purchase and I was more than impressed with the service I received. I wanted to get out of my last car because it was not worth it for me to keep. My sales rep, Grace, went above and beyond to work with me to get me into a new 2012 Honda Accord. I did not expect to get a brand new car but Boardwalk Honda made it possible for me to get into a great car. They were upfront with me during every step of the process and I would recommend this dealership and sales rep Grace Morris to anyone looking to get a new car. More
Wow - this is my best buying experience at a car dealership. My prior experience was a very horrific one and I went to Boardwalk Honda with a preconceive notion of yet another bad experience. However, I left there with a change of mind and heart. Imagine working into a dealership and 1 hour later you are done. That was my experience at this dealership. The car I had in mind was ready and waiting on me on my arrival. During negotiations, the dealership did not try to sell me various stuffs that I don't need in order to reap me off like most dealership do. Prior to my arrival at the dealership, my contact person (Sam Pendlebury) called me to obtain all my information and was very patient and professional. Although, I was difficult over the phone, which was as a result of my prior bad experience dealing with car dealers. The price of the car was very reasonable and the dealership was open and willing to work out something for me. One last thing, like most dealership do, they did not try to talk me into paying a deposit so that they can tie/lock one into a deal. Sam of Boardwalk Honda did not try to do that and I think this is because they were very sure of the car/deal they were offering me. I will definitely recommend this dealership and they will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market FOR ANY CAR and not just Honda More
This is our second car from Kraig Friedman and the sales team at Boardwalk Honda. We couldn't be happier with the transaction from start to finish. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and Kraig and the Honda team wouldn't stop until they found it. Kraig also took a lot of time in explaining the new car's features and functions which was also very important to me. He could have been out on the sales floor selling more cars but he chose to sit in the car with us until all our questions were answered. There's no doubt we'll be returning to Kraig and hope you enjoy the same experience we have. More

From the first time that I walked in, everyone greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. In addition to these great personalities, everyone seemed to truly work as a team and really enjoy their job. Anyone that I spoke to was willing to answer any questions that I had and then work as hard as possible to get me the deal that I needed. Saying that I am greatly satisfied does not seem to cover how excited I am to let everyone know that this is the place to go if you are looking for the best people to help you get the right car at the right price. Of course, I already love the Honda company because I can always count on a great car with great mileage. I have already told several people about my experience and will continue to do so. Dont buy a car from boardwalk Honda. Buy a Honda, but don't buy it there. My 2002 Honda crv broke down on the way to the airport as I was going on vaca to Florida. Called from Florida and spoke with bill causland, from boardwalk Honda, and told him I was desperate for a car when I get back from Florida. I had previously been in that dealership test driving cars. I knew that I wanted to buy a 2012 crv exl. Bill said he would call me back, 3 days later, he never called me back, called him said I really wanted to know what crvs they had on the lot, he said he'd call me back, no call back from bill, called him back on Friday, not hearing back from him all week. I was upset and told him needed to speak with a mgr, joe, guess what? He never called me back. I bought a crv in Florida and had to drive it home. Boardwalk Honda did not want my business. The Florida deakership was so nice and helpful. Called Brian bromell, the gm, and he actually called me back, however, he seemed not to care of how badly I was treated at boardwalk Honda and how I was extremely inconvenienced I was. His overall attitude was, oh well sorry! Hmm, I love my Honda, but you deserve good treatment from a dealership, so don't buy a car from boardwalk!! Go elsewhere! More

I priced my car on the internet before going to the dealer. When I arrived I was referred to Tariq. He let me test drive the 4 and 6 cylinder EX-L versions of the Accord I was considering. The next dealer. When I arrived I was referred to Tariq. He let me test drive the 4 and 6 cylinder EX-L versions of the Accord I was considering. The next day I decided that I wanted the 6 cylinder and a color which was not in stock. I completed the paperwork in around 1/2 an hour. They located the car color I wanted at another dealer. The trade in value was less than I expected, but the Trade-in manager said he was shopping my trade around to increas the trade in value. Finally they met the price and trade values I was quoted on line and delivered the color choice I wanted. At every stage the Salesman, Tariq, and the manager, Brian Broomell, I had to deal with were always professional and friendly. I do feel this was one of my best car dealer experiences ever. More
I bought a Honda Pilot in 2007 at Boardwalk Honda. I truly loved that truck! It had a gorgeous color (Pacific blue) and it had the smoothest ride I ever experienced in a personal vehicle. I took care that it received regular service, and, therefore, it served me well. When it was time to replace the 2007, there was never a doubt that I would return to Boardwalk. It turned out to be an excellent move again. MY 2012 Honda Pilot is a beautiful color (silver) and I am thrilled with the upgraded electronics. Of course, all this was made possible with the energy and experience of Grace Morris, salesperson. She spent time to guide me through the buying process; was kind to thoroughly instruct me in the new upgrades; generously shared three wallpapers for my screen; invited me to the dinner for new buyers; called me to check that everything was fine; and showed warmth and concern that surely is above what buyers normally find in other dealerships. All your employees that I had business with were excellent - J. Williams from sales, and K. Gallagher in finance. I paid cash for the vehicle, so I didn't have much to do in finance, but appreciated the time Mr. Gallagher spent going over warranties, etc. Boardwalk has a friendly team - success for you as well as your patrons.
