His great sense of humor, made it nearly fun, if one could imagine paper work as a fun activity. He provided answers to all our questions, and suggestions where there was leeway. This dealership is awful! The workers are friendly but they have to be when all they do is lie! They do not perform a check on their used cars as they say they do because if they did they would have been they have to be when all they do is lie! They do not perform a check on their used cars as they say they do because if they did they would have been aware of the battery that was completely dead 12 hours after purchasing it as well as the electrical issues! They have no consideration for their customers and when "working" on the car (or i should say turning the check engine light off and saying nothing is wrong) the service men tracked black all over the cream colored rugs! Not to mention taking 2 months and still waiting for the tags!This is just a few of the issues we have encountered over the past two months! More
