never again I walked in ready to buy a car that day, but had a VERY bad experience and left empty handed. First they tried to push my budget higher, then I was shown one car and told the price, but when we got back into the show room found out it was the "wrong car" and was actually a higher price. When we did finally get to talk to the manager things really went wrong- the manager actually YELLED at me in response to normal car related questions, and then proceeded to shame me for trying to buy a car in cash instead of financing. It was inconceivable how someone in sales and customer service could speak to a customer like this. At that point I could not bring myself to buy the car no matter how good a "deal" they tried to give me...the damage was done. I have heard about terrible customer service in the car industry but I thought that was a thing of the past- apparently not!! I ended up driving 50 miles away to see the same car at another dealer so that I would not have to deal with this situation again. More
