No attention to detail here. They said I had a free oil change on my account and it came up when I scheduled my service online but they wouldn’t honor it in person. Their own repair estimate that they printed up for me said I had 2 oil changes- one free and one for a price. Hello I only got one oil change not two. When I showed the service guy the paperwork showed a free oil change he said he has never seen that before and he still wouldn’t give it to me. THEN they didnt latch the hood of my car after servicing it! Some random person at a stop light told me my hood was up and he didn’t want it flying up as I drove! Sure enough they hadnt shut the hood of my car fully! Terrible. More
