Came in for a pre-scheduled oil change appointment. Waited 2 hours, which is absurd for just an oil change. There was also no working Wi-Fi in the facility. Watched my car leave the shop and it took an Waited 2 hours, which is absurd for just an oil change. There was also no working Wi-Fi in the facility. Watched my car leave the shop and it took another 15 minutes to be called that it was finished. I have been to this facility before, so maybe it was an off day, but waiting 2 hours with an appointment is ridiculous. More
