The Service Advisor, Ryan Gordy, was very personable & kept me informed about my vehicle. I forgot my mailer coupon for the oil change I was getting. He told me he would apply it and he did. However, I was disappointed to see a $4 "shop charge" added to my service. It's not logical to add a charge like that. Not sure if this is a standard practice, but I felt swindled. Why not just include the $4 in the service itself. It seemed made up to me. Just my observation. I didn't feel valued as a returning customer. More
