Alex Mercado from the Service Department is Heaven sent! !!! When I tell you he’s so PLEASANT, CALM, & PROFESSIONAL I’m not lying!!!!!!!!!! Alex handled my concerns with EASE! He’s so respectful! My 2019 Hon !!! When I tell you he’s so PLEASANT, CALM, & PROFESSIONAL I’m not lying!!!!!!!!!! Alex handled my concerns with EASE! He’s so respectful! My 2019 Honda Accord has been giving me issues since October 2024, and when I expressed that, Alex was more than reassuring that he would do what he could to relieve my stress, and find a definite answer to the issues related to my car, and if anything would be covered through an extended manufacturer warranty. All of my issues were resolved within 8 hours (same day of my appointment). The extended manufacturer warranty covered the cost of the fuel injector $2,000, and I only had to come out of pocket $286.58 to replace the engine accessory drive belt, and the alternator belt. I feel so RELIEVED that these issues are in the past. I thoroughly appreciate people like Alex. By the way Alex handled all of my issues behind the scenes, and called me when he had finalized solutions. I didn’t have to ask any questions, and I didn’t have to be irritated being confused because everything was handled for me. Alex also had the courtesy shuttle pick me up from the rental car place, and take me back to the dealership. Everything worked out conveniently and I wasn’t inconvenienced AT ALL!!!! The shuttle driver was a pleasure as well and informed me of some great services Honda offers. I forget his name but he’s an awesome dude too. Also, this is my FIRST time receiving service from Boardwalk Honda! I purchased my vehicle from Honda Turnersville which is a story for another day. THANK YOU ALEX & SHUTTLE GUY!!!!!!! More
