I own a 2018 CRV and I have taken my car to this dealership for service for as long as I have had the car. Yesterday I called in the morning and was able to get a service appointment for the afterno dealership for service for as long as I have had the car. Yesterday I called in the morning and was able to get a service appointment for the afternoon because several warning lights had gone off that morning. After performing diagnostic tests, Alex explained to me the work that was required to fix the problems. He was very patient as he answered my questions and explained my options. I agreed to his recommendations., I had to leave the car overnight and was offered a loaner car which I declined. I returned this morning to pick up my car and am Confident that the car is fixed and will continue running well. I would strongly recommend Honda Boardwalk service department and especially Alex as a customer service representative. More
