Professional Service Done Right My 360 Modena wouldn't start. Diagnosis revealed the factory immobilizer unit had failed. It takes awhile to get a replacement from the factory, but My 360 Modena wouldn't start. Diagnosis revealed the factory immobilizer unit had failed. It takes awhile to get a replacement from the factory, but once received, it was installed correctly and quickly by Boardwalk's dedicated service dept. In addition had the carbon fiber door sills and upper rocker panel area also were wrapped. A windshield tear-off was installed plus the carbon fiber removable roof panels received a clear wrap. Steve, the service director, stored the car in a protected area, next to the service write up, and placed a rope barrier around the car to ensure its safety. The work done was flawless.
