Super Service "is" Paul Frey I’ve owned many vehicle in my lifetime from Mercedes, Cadillac, Jaguar, and Lamborghini…but never had the service level provided by Paul Frey. During I’ve owned many vehicle in my lifetime from Mercedes, Cadillac, Jaguar, and Lamborghini…but never had the service level provided by Paul Frey. During service visits he has gone out of his way to get my Masarati running at its best and looking new. He even personally picked up my car at the DFW airport and returned it serviced and cleaned when I arrived back at the airport--all the while texting me with updates along the way. Another time he went the extra mile when the car was experiencing electrical problems and kept the car a few extra days...driving it to ensure no additional problems were uncovered. Also, Paul helped create the look I wanted for the car by coordinating getting the wheels custom painted and center caps that I’ve been very pleased with. Paul has worked quickly, efficiently and thoughtfully always trying to assist with cost-effective repairs and making it convenient for me. It takes allot to impress me and I can truly say I am impressed with the superb job Paul has done! Thanks for dedication and expertise, Thomas More

First the receptionist could not find anyone to bring my car around. And it just got worse from there. This was particularly irritating. So hard to provide a rating -- Larry N is 5 star. The staff responsible for bringing cars around for pick up after service gets no stars. More

Some of the work was certainly not easy to do. We were extremely impressed with the attention to detail and thoroughness that our car received. When we picked up the car there was no evidence that it had been worked on. No fingerprints, no grease spots, nothing loose, nothing out of place. Actually, just perfect. The Boardwalk service department went way beyond what we could have expected, anticipated, or probably deserved. We sincerely appreciate their work, their respect, and the special attention that they showed to us and our car. Also, thank you for the invoice notebook, the pencil, and James May’s pencil article. Our experience was exceptional and the drive home was great. More
