This is a first for me at exotic car dealerships because it usually takes days. In addition to the quick service, my car was washed and vacuumed and looked great when I picked it up. Steve treated me like a valued customer. He is a great service manager and the service advisors should look up to him and emulate his customer service, attention to detail, and efficiency. Thank you. I get my Cal serviced ar Boardwalk, and I asked about whether they could help me with the tire pressure monitoring systems on my Porsche 911, which we I get my Cal serviced ar Boardwalk, and I asked about whether they could help me with the tire pressure monitoring systems on my Porsche 911, which were acting up, giving me warnings, although the tire pressure seemed fine. Paul and Steve graciously looked at the Porsche, and it turned out there were two small punctures, which they fixed. I really appreciate that they looked at my Porsche even though they are a Ferrari dealer! My Porsche is now a happy camper. They even delivered it cleaner than what I dropped it off! :) More

Boardwalk and Larry Neighbors were great at helping to arrange a time that was the most efficient for me to be without my beloved California T's annual service. The quality of their service was excellent and performed on time, even including a wheel that had to be sent offsite for polishing. I appreciate their friendliness, knowledge, and especially the quality of their service. On an unrelated service comment, Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati goes out of its way to support auto enthusiasts and automotive clubs by organizing events and contributing as sponsors to activities. This is well-above and beyond what is expected of most dealerships, and I am genuinely grateful for their support. Additionally, Steve Fordham represents Boardwalk's presence on the internet for Ferrari and auto enthusiasts, providing advice and information that is objective and useful. Thank you, Boardwalk! More

Even though I was not buying from Boardwalk, I was treated with outstanding courtesy. While in the showroom waiting to meet with the Service Advisor, we had the pleasure of speaking with Ken Murphy. This being our first visit to a Ferrari dealer, we had many questions. Mr. Murphy patiently and enthusiastically answered every question and gave us a wonderful tour of the facility. A true gentleman. Our Service Advisor was a young man named Paul Frey. I have always been enamored with the Ferrari marque; I have often been described as a fanatic. The young Mr. Frey matches my ardor for the brand. He is a true Ferrarista. I enjoyed a lengthy conversation with Paul about all things Ferrari. He took a personal interest in the car I brought in and ensured that it was in excellent condition. This gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase. The issues identified during the inspection were corrected elsewhere, as that was the preference of the seller, who was paying for the work. Were it up to me, I would have had Boardwalk do the repairs. We thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Boardwalk Ferrari and would recommend them without reservation. More
