Customer service sucks. Since we picked up our Maserati, the Service Manager has been obnoxious and condescending. When complained to Shad Warren, the GM at the dealership, He was even worse. I can't say enough bad things about this dealership. They are all very nice out front to sell you the car, but when it comes to service, they really don't give a xxxx about their customers. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. Remember all, Park Place is right down the block. More

Magicians Just ten days into ownership of my Ferrari F12, with less than 500 total miles on the odometer, I had the unfortunate experience of being peppered wit Just ten days into ownership of my Ferrari F12, with less than 500 total miles on the odometer, I had the unfortunate experience of being peppered with stones from a passing rock hauler. No dents, but numerous little chips in the paint, a chipped headlight, and a chipped windshield. Talk about being sick to your stomach! Steve Fordham, Boardwalk Ferrari's Service Manager, said his team would handle everything from meeting with the insurance adjuster to repairing all damage to like-new condition. And they absolutely did. No fuss, no muss, no stress. While the car was under their care, I authorized the installation of a complete front end clear protective film (just in case something like this ever occurred again). The film was expertly done and gives me more peace of mind. Steve and his team are truly professional in every respect. More

Grumpy Cali No More! My 2011 Cali was showing a couple of "Check Engine Lights". So, off to the dealer I go. They were very gracious to work around my travel schedule, so My 2011 Cali was showing a couple of "Check Engine Lights". So, off to the dealer I go. They were very gracious to work around my travel schedule, so I left it off and flew to Boston. While in Boston, I got an email that everything checked out (loose gap apparently!). When I returned, I emailed them again, and they had the car cleaned, staged and waiting for me. Flawless service experience, as always. Not much better than coming home from a long business trip with a clean, happy Ferrari waiting for you. More
