No communication - did not return texts or calls; kept my Maserati for 2 weeks without fixing anything. They only did diagnostics after I demanded my car back. I just email him and by 8:30 a.m. he's on top of everything. Schedules service, clean up & wash, and on time delivery. Work is always 'first class'. Pricing is 'crazy high' but it's a Ferrari after all. Chris, my service advisor and Steve, the service manager are both a pleasure to work with.
