Dropped off car for annual check up and service. I dealt with Chris Williams and found him to be very professional. He was courteous and kept me well informed about what was going on. I had frogotten my cell phone and left it in the car when I dropped it off and he had someone drop it buy the hotel where I was staying - that's service! If I were to offer any suggestions, it would be to also give the customer a feel for how much things will cost. Sometimes, you don't know in advance, but a ball park estimate would be fine for me.
