Fantastic group to work with! We came in here after visiting another Maserati dealership in Dallas and receiving less than stellar service. Our salesman, Alex Bieniek was AMAZIN We came in here after visiting another Maserati dealership in Dallas and receiving less than stellar service. Our salesman, Alex Bieniek was AMAZING. He spent the day entertaining our little guy while we got the papers signed on our new Levante. We've since had the car in for service and our advisor Chris Williams kept the 5-star service coming. Worst service ever. Despite having an appointment for my yearly service, tires, and inspection, I had to wait several days to the ineptness in the service department. Despite having an appointment for my yearly service, tires, and inspection, I had to wait several days to the ineptness in the service department. The main delay appeared to be waiting for windshield wipers from the Dallas Dealer. I left messages which were not returned and any information I did receive was only because I phoned the service department. I am now waiting a few weeks for a refund for overages billed on that day. The worst interaction I have ever had.... Range Rover, Porsche, Corvette..... More

Quality of work is good upto the mark However there was a little delay in communication with the progress or completion of the order, had to call in multiple times to get the status. One off thing.
