I have been a customer of Boardwalk Ferrari-Maserati for almost 5 years and I've always been treated well by all of their employees. My most recent visit was for regularly scheduled maintenance. Steve Fordham scheduled an appointment for me and kept me informed throughout the day of the status of my vehicle. I really appreciate Steve's professionalism! Boardwalk completed the service on the promised schedule and took great care of my car. In the same time frame Ken Murphy assisted me with an inquiry regarding a factory visit. Ken was very helpful and polite. This dealership gets 5 Stars from me for the respect they show their customers. Boardwalk F-M is the only dealership I've ever visited where I didn't feel pressured on anything. That in itself is very unique in the car business. Great job guys! More

Even though I live in Houston, I came up on a Saturday afternoon to see an F430 I was specifically searching for. With Lindsey's knowledge, passion and excitement about speed, performance and Ferrari's, i afternoon to see an F430 I was specifically searching for. End result, 5 days later it had gone through the certified inspection program and the purchase was completed. She made sure to work with my schedule for the test drive/purchase date and she answered all of my questions about the car. One can tell that she takes great pride in doing her job well. Brian is an indispensable part of the team. As the Finance Manager, he took the time to put the deal together in the most advantageous way he could for me. Beyond his encyclopedic knowledge of Seinfeld and 80s music/movies, he has a prodigious knowledge of the car finance world. He took the time to explain the entire transaction very thoroughly. Larry in the service department is incredible. I worked with him before on another vehicle. I have never encountered a more helpful and effective car service department under any brand and Larry is a major reason for that. I have tried other dealerships in the Dallas area for Maseratis before. Please do yourself a favor and forget the other ones. Boardwalk Ferrari and Maserati is the only one to visit in that area. I need some new tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle and I had worked with Steve Fordham at a previous dealership, so I asked if he could help me. Steve and the team at Boardwalk Ferrari did an outstanding job taking care of my vehicle to protect the very expensive carbon ceramic rotors while swapping the tires. They also made my father and I feel very welcome by showing us the coffee/drink bar and their lounge area with very nice leather couches and a big screen TV. I was actually a little disappointed when they told me the vehicle was ready as I was enjoying myself just hanging out. I have to say that is a first for me, wanting to stay LONGER for a service visit. More

I came to Steve looking for some help getting an aftermarket suspension installed on my car. We reviewed the work to be done, and while we wrapped up the details my coutesy driver was waiting for me. The driver was friendly and engaging, and got me back to my house safely. Later the same day I was informed my car was ready on time. Check out was easy, and my car was returned to me complete, clean, and in the same condition I left it. All in all the visit was a very positive one, and I look forward to calling on Steve and his team in the future for my service needs. More

I also toured the service department and was extremely impressed by facilities and proactive attempts to build a long term relationship. Larry in service keeps the entire place completely spotless and made it clear from the very beginning that he was there to help regardless of how much time it took to answer all my questions. I have shopped all over Dallas and without doubt Boardwalk is in a category by itself. More
