What a pleasurable experience to purchase a super car from a superior dealership and staff. From the very first impression to introduction to Ken Murphy I was quite aware of his professionalism and abili from a superior dealership and staff. From the very first impression to introduction to Ken Murphy I was quite aware of his professionalism and abilities in facilitating the purchase of my F430. Very patient and temperate in explaining to me the nuances of a Ferrari. Brain facilitated the documents flawlessly , and Steven from service assured me they are always available. I have enthusiastically discussed these gentleman with neighbors and colleagues and have referred them to Boardwalk as well. On the first drive home from the dealership I lost count and track of the other vehicles and their occupants smiling, giving thumbs up and snapping cell phone pictures. The pizza joint we frequent has a drive through window, all the wait staff and cooks faces were crammed into that window as we parked. A neighbor came running out of his home as I rounded a corner with his arms flying high above his head yelling for me to stop.WOW ! My sales representative, Lindsey, was great throughout the process from my first visit to the day of my purchase. She also did a super job during my orientation to my new Maserati. Brian was very helpful and was easy to communicate with. Both Lindsey and Brian acknowledge me when I am in the dealership just getting my car washed. It makes you feel like you are are more than just some customer and that the dealership cares about you more than just the sale. This was never more evident than an event that occurred just after purchasing my car. Two days after I picked up my car some one chipped the paint in a parking lot. Larry from service took a look at it and took personal charge of the situation to get me a fix at no charge. I was very impressed when I originally came to the dealership and even more iimpressed since my purchase. These are good folks to work with. Steve Fordham as always, exceeds expectations. He has taken care of service for my car on two visits to Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati. He is professional, courteous, prompt, listens and most importantly, h taken care of service for my car on two visits to Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati. He is professional, courteous, prompt, listens and most importantly, hears what I am there for. On both visits I asked for several things to be taken care of and each time everything was handled the way I expected it to be. He's also up front about what is and what isn't a problem. If I thought something might be wrong, he would tell me when I had nothing to worry about. This as much as anything will make me a return customer. More

The experience was great! Of 8 ferraris, 6 have come from boardwalk! Ken was especially accommodating.
