We just purchased our fifth car from Boardwalk Ferrari with Ken Murphy. During a trip to Las Vegas, we had our first opportunity to see the 458 Spider in person. In less than 2 weeks he found the perfect car and it was delivered with zero headache. Everyone at Boardwalk has been fantastic, even finance and service! We live in Little Rock and have only made a few trips to the dealership in Dallas. Every car purchased from Boardwalk has been flawless on delivery. We have enough trust in Ken to buy cars of this price over the phone and have been completely satisfied!! More
I just wanted to drop a quick like to thank the service department at Boardwalk. I had the backseat access knob on my seat break on my 2012 Maserati Granturismo. I had purchased the car from park place, hence, despite having had some issues with them during the purchase process, I reluctantly called them and inquired about my part. I was rudely informed that it was not part of warranty and I had to pay $95 for the small plastic part even after I had mentioned that I had bought the car from them less than a year ago. I was going to be in the area of Boardwalk Maserati and hence called and asked if I could just buy the part from them. They were extremely friendly and replaced the part in 10 minutes and informed me that it would be covered under warranty. I understand that there is an inherent high cost of ownership for an exotic car and I'm certainly not complaining about the $95 which I was fully willing to pay If I had to, I was extremely impressed by the friendliness and the courtesy of the service staff at Boardwalk. I will definitely be going there for my next car and without a doubt recommending them to anybody I know that's in the market for an exotic. More
I was referred to Boardwalk by a coworker (fellow Audi enthusiast) for service on my Audi S5. After emailing my questions to Steve, he responded quickly with detailed answers to all of my questions. After clearly explaining everything, he scheduled my appointment for me, with only a day's notice. Then, because of a scheduling conflict on my side, I had to reschedule. Steve couldn't have been more flexible and accommodating for my schedule. When I arrived - I was in and out in quickly, with only a quick review of the work being performed. They kept me informed of progress and completed the work in the estimated time frame. When I picked up the vehicle, it was detailed and ready to go. Steve reviewed the work with me, making sure I was satisfied, even detailing tiny details that I wouldn't have expect most shops to even notice, much less review with the customer. Lindsey Redfern helped me look at several Ferrari's and we had a Blast talking Cars. We took numerous Test Drives until I decided on the Model I wanted. Her knowledge of Ferraris and anything Fast & and we had a Blast talking Cars. We took numerous Test Drives until I decided on the Model I wanted. Her knowledge of Ferraris and anything Fast & Italian is very impressive. She Races Ducati Motorcycles and in my Opinion is exactly who should be selling Ferraris. She is also the first person to ever Sell me two Ferraris in one Month! She warned me not to Drive the 458 Italia, but I did and you can guess what happened. Great Job Lindsey! More

This is my first visit to Boardwalk and overall it has been a great experience. I have worked with Steve Fordham in the past at another business and when I needed to get a track alignment, I asked him if been a great experience. I was a little apprehensive to take my BMW 1M to a Ferrarri dealership, not because I felt they wouldn't know how to work on it, but more so because it was not a Ferarri. Steve made me feel welcome from my first email and upon arrival took the time to give me a tour of the facility. He took the time to gather all the info he could about what I expected and wanted to achieve from the alignment. I only had a few specifics and then told them to use their judgement on what else would be needed to make the car perform better. I noticed a much better handling car even on the drive home. The ultimate test will be this weekend at COTA. I may not be able to afford a Ferrari, but no one treated me as if I couldn't. Top notch service and hospitality. Give them a shot with your non-Ferrari. You won't be disappointed. More
