I have known Larry since 1980 and Steve since 1988. Great mechanic and Service Manager. My current F430 now has 34k miles and runs as strong as day one. I have no wants. The 430 in my opinion is the best Ferrari yet. Raw and very fast vs the 458 that I have driven extensively...not so uncivilized..... but a shade faster. At my level and age ect. The 430 is it. I'm a young female and shopping for cars is very intimidating and stressful for me. I am always nervous that I will be treated unfairly and be taken advantage of. But, everyone at Boardwalk Maserati made me feel welcomed and treated me with a high level of respect and dignity. They really worked with me to make sure that I was getting a deal that I would be happy with. Most importantly, they treated me fairly. When I picked up the car in the morning, they put it in the showroom so that I could take pictures. It was such a rush seeing it on display. It's the details like that which make me feel like a special and valued customer. Lorenzo was so knowledgable and didn't laugh at me or acted condescendingly when I asked the stupidest questions. He also answered my emails on his day off. You can just tell that he's a good, kind, and warm person. As much as I loathe car shopping, he was really pleasant and delightful to speak and work with. Great service and advice I was considering trading in my California (which had been meticulously serviced and cared for by Boardwalk Ferrari) and purchasing a pre-owned 458 It I was considering trading in my California (which had been meticulously serviced and cared for by Boardwalk Ferrari) and purchasing a pre-owned 458 Italia. I discussed the servicing costs, extended warranty options and the general reliability history of 458’s. Paul Frey and Steve Fordham were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. They were very knowledgeable, professional and above all made me feel very comfortable about making a decision that I would be happy with. I purchased a 458 in part due to the positive feedback these two gentlemen provided me. The car that I purchased, went through a rigorous checking process. The service department did all the work that was necessary to get the car into “as new condition” so that it could qualify for the Ferrari “new power” warranty. Boardwalk Ferrari must be very proud of their service department whose expertise and attention to every detail is incomparable to any other dealer out there. Last but not least, a special thank you to Lorenzo Amaya for all the time spent helping me find a car. More

Service above all others When I was thinking of buying a first Ferrari 458 I had a ton of questions about the car. Paul Frey and Chris (Service Tech) was very extremely helpfu When I was thinking of buying a first Ferrari 458 I had a ton of questions about the car. Paul Frey and Chris (Service Tech) was very extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer all my questions. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very very informative. Chris went as far to that a ride in the car to explain in more detail for me and Paul gave me wonderful suggestions and advice to help me in my decision. In addition, Quentin and his team are amazing. They had my car looking brand new. The attention to detail and expertise in making a car look new is only something you have to experience yourself. I will never take my car anywhere else. Quentin is very professional and friendly and will take all the time necessary to answer all your questions and give you information to best take care of your car at home. Finally, I want to talk about the Parts department and Stewart Foster. He was very nice and took the time to look up any parts I had questions about. He gave me options when parts wasn't available. My Service Technician, Mike, did an outstanding job and I very much appreciate his meticulousness and care with my car. Since I drive the 100 miles round trip from Ft. Worth for service, I waited in Boardwalk's pleasant showroom and reception area for the work on my car to be finished. While waiting, I had some great conversations with Brian Benjamin, Lorenzo Amaya, Julie Summers, and Shad Warren.
