Best Service Ever I recently purchased a new car with Boardwalk Ferrari. After 48 hours of taking the car home the check engine light came on. I called Boardwalk Ferr I recently purchased a new car with Boardwalk Ferrari. After 48 hours of taking the car home the check engine light came on. I called Boardwalk Ferrari and Paul Frey in service took my call. He had me come down and ran a quick diagnostic and said it was nothing major and that I can drive the car and bring it in on Monday. Within 4.5 days they figured out the issue. Keep in mind these cars are not your typical service issues. All their services are ran through Ferrari of America. Paul did a great job keeping in contact with me. Made my car a priority to get in and out of their shop / service that week. I was happy to hear that everything was repaired / fixed within 4.5 days. Been a non stop owner of Ferrari since 1986. Boardwalk has taken excellent care of my cars and me. Ferrari is a passion. Boardwalk is a perfect model of service. I have known Larry since 1980 and Boardwalk has taken excellent care of my cars and me. Ferrari is a passion. Boardwalk is a perfect model of service. I have known Larry since 1980 and Steve since 1988. Great mechanic and Service Manager. My current F430 now has 34k miles and runs as strong as day one. I have no wants. The 430 in my opinion is the best Ferrari yet. Raw and very fast vs the 458 that I have driven extensively...not so uncivilized..... but a shade faster. At my level and age ect. The 430 is it. I'm a young female and shopping for cars is very intimidating and stressful for me. I am always nervous that I will be treated unfairly and be taken advantage of. But, everyone at Boardwalk Maserati made me feel welcomed and treated me with a high level of respect and dignity. They really worked with me to make sure that I was getting a deal that I would be happy with. Most importantly, they treated me fairly. When I picked up the car in the morning, they put it in the showroom so that I could take pictures. It was such a rush seeing it on display. It's the details like that which make me feel like a special and valued customer. Lorenzo was so knowledgable and didn't laugh at me or acted condescendingly when I asked the stupidest questions. He also answered my emails on his day off. You can just tell that he's a good, kind, and warm person. As much as I loathe car shopping, he was really pleasant and delightful to speak and work with.
