Great service experience I scrapped the lip on my right rim. Called Paul Frey and asked what we needed to do to replace it. He told me we can do a repair and it will look fi I scrapped the lip on my right rim. Called Paul Frey and asked what we needed to do to replace it. He told me we can do a repair and it will look fine and that it was not necessary to replace a $4,000+ rim. The repair was only $220. They also checked my tire and found a nail. They repaired that as well. They did a service check up too. I'm very happy with their work and service, and will recommend this firm. More

My salesman, Phil, was professional, knowledgeable, flexible and patient. He did not try to push a sale in any way and truly cares about providing quality customer service. He also met me at my house (about 35-40 minutes away) and drove me to the dealership to accept delivery of the car -- all of which was somewhat of a last minute plan due to other complications.
