Another great service interaction The guys @ Boardwalk were nice enough to do the required annual state inspection on my Porsche, while I took advantage of an unseasonably nice Februar The guys @ Boardwalk were nice enough to do the required annual state inspection on my Porsche, while I took advantage of an unseasonably nice February day to drive around the Metroplex in my Cali. So, I dripped off the Porsche @ Boardwalk, then went joyriding with the wife in our Ferrari California. When I got the Porsche back, they not only inspected it, but had it cleaned and detailed! To put this into proper context, for newer cars the Texas inspection involves plugging some doodad into the ODB port to check for fault codes. And, state law only allows a flat fee of about $25, regardless of whether you get it done at a Ferrari dealership or a Jiffy Lube! So, to put it mildly, I was not expecting them to go above and beyond to perform this routine task and then on top of it clean my Porsche. Then again, after nearly a year working with them in the care and maintenance of my Ferrari California, shame on me, for being surprised. Steve and his team are the gold standard in service in DFW. It's a pleasure doing business with them. More

Highly Professional Salesman My husband and I wandered into this dealership last year and had a highly disappointing experience so I was apprehensive to re-visit the same dealersh My husband and I wandered into this dealership last year and had a highly disappointing experience so I was apprehensive to re-visit the same dealership when I discovered the Maserati SUV online and wanted to test drive one. I called in advance of going in and spoke to Jeff who was kind and took me seriously. Jeff allowed me and a friend to do the initial test drive at which point I wanted to bring my husband to see the car as well. We ordered the vehicle soon after and Jeff was a true professional through the entire process. Many salespeople that I've dealt with treat my husband with respect and like the key decision maker while leaving me out of the deal and I appreciate that Jeff understood that I was equally involved (if not more) in how this purchase would be made. More salesmen (and I emphasize "men") could learn from Jeff's respectful approach. More
