Needing a new car we narrowed our decisions down to a few models. One was the Jeep Grand Cherokee. With Boardwalk Jeep close to our house we figured it was an easy drive to go over and check them out. Should have known from the beginning, in all of our other dealer stops, the salesperson greeted us outside and asked us questions to get us started, we had to go into the office to get someone here. From there it seemed to go better. The sales rep got us a couple of options and we were off test driving a "USED" 2022. We really liked it and were ready to settle in to negotiate based on the $51k price that the sale rep told us multiple times before we started driving it, but wait he gets called over by his "manager". Price is wrong its not 51k it's 61k but for us they will sell it for 59,995. This is a used car, not a brand new one as well that's not the price you told us. Worse of all, the manager didn't even have the guts to come over and apologize to us for the mistake. He sent over the poor salesrep to do his bidding. Stay away from this dealership they are not Honest! More

Horrible service from Sales Rep I purchased a car from this Redwood City location on September 12th, a sales rep name Derek was helpful until I encountered problems with my BRAND NEW I purchased a car from this Redwood City location on September 12th, a sales rep name Derek was helpful until I encountered problems with my BRAND NEW 2018 GRAND CHEROKEE. When I purchased it, it only had 12 miles on it.. On Sept 25t, I gave it a hand wash and 2 dime size pieces of paint chipped off, also my panel had been blacking out and glitch for a few days. So the following morning I went in this branch and Derek said he would schedule me an apt with the body shop. He finally reached out on Oct 7th and scheduled my appointment for Oct 9th. I took my car in and it was done on Saturday, Oct 12th they told me they did the paint AND they also took my car to service and they were able to reset my panel.. Everything was okay until Oct 22nd. My panel started glitching again and I immediately texted Derek letting him know what was going on. He did not care, and acted as if he did me a favor by painting my car over and sending my car to sales.. He then agreed to schedule me an appointment with service. I texted Derek on Nov 7th because I haven't heard back from him about my service appointment and he ignored me. never responded to my message... I then texted him again on November 18th to find out he blocked me from contacting him. Finally Today 11/21 I called to talk to his boss and guess who answered the phone?? DERRIC and he never denied blocking me. He lied and said he gave me service number to contact and make a appointment. HE NEVER did. I have every single text message from the day I purchased this car. DO NOT GO HERE! if you do, deal with another sales rep.Derek is horrible and his attitude SUCKS! If I didn't have to select 1 star I wouldn't have. ZERO STARS! Very poor costumer service to avoid dealing with an issue he agreed to take care of. I am livid! More

When I called to make an appointment to make the swap I was told the car was sent to auction as is and there wasn't anything they could do about it. They did eventually gave me a low ball offer which I refused as I totally feel cheated. Don't trust any they tell you that isn't in writing. More
