I totally expected John to be less attentive since I was a woman; I have met many that were. I was mistaken! He was more than patient and helpful while I selected the car I wanted to purchase. Friendly, helpful, accomodating. This was the second time we bought a Subaru from Dan Bond. Last year we bought a new Outback, and because of that interaction and how awesome this ca This was the second time we bought a Subaru from Dan Bond. Last year we bought a new Outback, and because of that interaction and how awesome this car handled in the snow, we were looking to find Dan again. Dan was very helpful through out the process to buy a Subaru, Initially we were looking to buy a used Subaru then entertained the notion to lease but ended up buying a new Impreza. Without Dan taking the time to pointing out the pros and cons of each buying decision we would not have made the best decision for us. Plus, I feel Dan got us the best deal possible (he is pretty awesome, I felt like he was working for us). I think it is very important to be extremely happy with such a large purchase and we feel this car is exactly right for us. The whole dealership is very friendly as we had multiple staff ask if we needed anything, answering questions, offering us coffee and snacks. Boardman Subaru is in a beautiful building, so go visit..........! More

We have established a trust from day 1, in 2010, when we first met our Salesman, Joe Bada. He is so incredibly helpful and understood our needs at each specific time of purchase. This is a no pressure dealership and if you feel the desire to just stop in and browse, you are welcomed by many friendly guys who really make you feel at home!! No joke, I can personally say there has not been a time when I did not feel welcomed. It’s no secret that I share my experience about Boardman Subaru with my friends and family. They have a Top Notch Service and Quick Service Team. Just having the convenience of oil changes, tire rotations and a car wash makes my life so much easier!! I can go on all day about what great care I was given over the years. I felt comfortable, was given various options, and nothing was pushed on me. I was given time to test drive, weigh my options, and wasn't pressured. Unmatched Service I started going to Subaru of Boardman when I purchased my WRX and the were amazing. When my lease was up, I decided a truck would fit my needs better I started going to Subaru of Boardman when I purchased my WRX and the were amazing. When my lease was up, I decided a truck would fit my needs better. Since Subaru doesn't make trucks, I was forced to purchase my vehicle (Toyota Tacoma) elsewhere. Despite the different make, I still bring my Toyota to Frank Melia at Subaru. Frank has been my principle contact at the dealership and he is the main reason I keep coming back. More
