He was kind. He was not peaty and he taught me everything that I needed to know about my vehicle before I left in my new vehicle. And he has followed up with me and everybody at the dealership was super kind. I also was waiting on the crossbars and they came in the next day as promised and they put them on with barely any wait time. Finance guy was informative and not pushy. Very pleased being a brand new Subaru owner and I love my Crosstrek!!!! More
