The negotiations were relatively quick and painless. I had to wait for the finance paper work guy and I was last customer in. I didn't want to buy gap insurance or a warranty. I must have said it a dozen times. By the time I left at 10 minutes after close. I had bought a warranty I don't need or want. I'm sure he did his job and they can pat him on the back and give him a bonus. Congratulations you duped another. More

Kevi I met with Kevin Suchora to lease a 2018 Impreza. I had reviewed "Consumer Reports" about the leasing process and were wary about a down payment. Kevin explained that it made more sense financially to put no money down and let my trade-in (very old car w/ 200K+ mileage) cover the remaining expenses and first payment. He even calculated the difference between putting $2K down would still not benefit us with the monthly cost difference for the 36-month lease period; he saved me money rather than taking it. He also suggested 15,000 miles annually, as I have a longer commute than most (40+ miles one way) and extra miles would cost me. It was an exceptionally honest sale. For the lease's financing portion, I met with Scott Riddle. He could sense I was tired after waiting a while in a packed showroom, so he quickly and efficiently reviewed the necessary documents for me. I did not have the credit agency's report they used to decide my lease, and he wisely suggested that I take a copy of it, as most car dealers use that agency's report. I was in and out in just over five minutes (by that time I was timing things). He was no-nonsense, and I was grateful. More

We test drove the one they had but wanted a different color. Before you know it they located one with the features we wanted, set up the deal and had someone on their way to pick-up it up. ;) Needless to say we absolutely love it. It's also nice to see that Rob Fellman, is out and about in the showroom and on the lot. You can tell he actually cares about his customers. More

When the all new ascents were available for ordering, Dan called me and we discussed the features I wanted and placed the order the first day. Dan kept me updated throughout the last few months of when my car was being shipped and delivered as those dates changed. Dan made it very clear that if this car was not the right fit for me once it actually arrived that there was no pressure to actually buy it. Dan, Tug and Scott all made sure that I knew all the features, was comfortable with the purchase and answered any questions I had! More
