Far from Mercer but worth it! We started out our contact with a bid on the internet and a quick response from Geno. I also contacted him via phone to see if I could get a bit closer to my original bid. We then finished our purchase with Jared and found him and the dealership easy to deal with. We live across the border in PA and even tho it's a bit of a trip, the loaner car came in handy while we got the "Auto Butler Premier Paint Protection" service completed. My wife was able to visit a sick relative while the 3 1/2 hour procedure took place. Overall we are very happy with our new Forester and the dealership. More

Second purchase from Boardman. This is the second time we bought a new Subaru from Dan and both times were great experiences. Very accommodating. I was after a specific car which they didn't have in stock. Their website had one listed, but it was in transit to the dealer - maybe they should figu I was after a specific car which they didn't have in stock. Their website had one listed, but it was in transit to the dealer - maybe they should figure out a way to indicate that on the site, but I image Subaru corporate may dictate how they list things. I first discussed what I was looking for and my trade situation with one of their staff via text message and set up a time to go to the dealer. Craig, my salesman, was very helpful in test driving vehicles and looking through their inventory. They were eventually able to arrange a dealer trade for what I was after since it may have been some time before the one they were getting delivered arrived.. There were some paperwork hiccups in getting the trade vehicle transferred, but Craig kepft me updated and went to get my car himself. The deal I got was fair and I'm not a huge haggler. All said, it was a decent buying experience and I would buy from Boardman Subaru again. More
