I have always been very happy with owning a Subaru but the dealership that I have dealt with for a decade was sold, and I wanted to find a smaller dealership that was focused on good communication and quality service. This lead me to Boardman Subaru. I worked with John Janczewski on figuring out what model best suited my needs. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle options and history of any service/mechanical issues or would get an answer to questions I had. Due to the options I wanted I had to order a car and John and Tug worked to get me the car I wanted in a reasonable time period with good communication on the timeline. Any emails or phone calls I have made to the dealership are answered promptly. Mike make the final purchasing paperwork a smooth process. More

Dan was most helpful since I had only driven Kia's for nine years. I was looking for all wheel drive. He let me drive the Outback and the Forester. I was thankful to be able to try out both since I was turning in a Kia Sorento. Everyone was most helpful and cheerful - which makes doing business with you such a pleasure!! I love the fact that Dina called and encouraged me to ask more questions after having driven the car a couple weeks - that was awesome! More
