There's no pretense, they want to sell cars and actively work to ensure that if you are in the market, you'll be satisfied to find what you want and be assisted with every aspect of the process. The people are positive and friendly, the atmosphere is open and the inventory expansive. These are professionals who don't leave the car shopping experience to chance...you have questions or concerns - they have answers...correct answers. I feel I was dealt with fairly and was satisfied with the process. Kevin didn't play games as I've experienced at other dealerships over the years: 'Put down some money so we know you're serious'; left to rot in a cubicle while the salesman goes away to talk BS with whomever - None of that. I would definitely recommend Kevin Suchora, Boardman Subaru and they'll be my first stop when I decide to buy again. More
