Being new to Ohio, we looked forward to working with a pleasant, With a referral to Kevin Suchora by our neighbor, our expectations were quite high. Being new to Ohio, we looked forward to working with a pleasant, experienced, and client-focused Subaru representative. Kevin Suchora surpassed our expectations! His demeanor immediately relaxed us. It was like being with family! Kevin was very thorough as he discussed our end of lease options and ran final numbers on the 2016 legacy--if we were to buy it. He also discussed how the market changes/demand for the legacy had dropped from what we expected. Because we had used 12,000 miles less than agreed upon in our 2016 Legacy lease, Kevin recommended a mileage reduction on a new lease. This mileage reduction would keep our monthly payments in line with those of the 2016 Legacy lease. Due to Kevin's genuine focus on our needs, his experience and ability to integrate both, and, yes, Kevin's pleasant openness, we are very happy with our new 2019 Forester and with Boardman Subaru! More

I left some items in my trade-in, and John held onto them for me while I found a min to stop in and pick them up. I didn't even dicker because we just hung out for a few hours while test driving and filling out paperwork. Heh... Of course dicker, but just saying that's how cool it was. Always like visiting old friends when I go into Boardman Subaru. Second car from them, and it won't be the last. More

They worked with us t My wife and I recently purchased a used '17 Outback from Boardman Subaru. John J. and Tug were great to work with on the sale. They worked with us to correct a few minor issues after we test drove the car. They wanted to make sure that we were happy with the vehicle before they sold it to us. We were presented with options for extending the warranty but we were not pressured into buying them (I can't stand when most dealers do this!). We ended buying an extended warranty and the Auto Butler service since they both were reasonably priced. This is a really nice dealership. It is very clean, has a great layout and is easy to get to. My wife likes the Outback much better than the CR-V that she previously drove. More
