First Subaru Experience and it was Excellent Did not need a new vehicle. My 2008 Sentra had only 37,000 miles and was like new. But liked all the features of a Subaru and had done research about Crosstrek and knew what options I wanted and price I would pay. Plus they are dog tested, dog approved. Pretty sure cats like them too. I was quoted price that was within a few dollars of target. No ridiculous back and forth. After thinking about purchase for a few days I bit the proverbial bullet and they found me the exact car I wanted. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. The only negative was APR on loan. Advertised as 3.49% but my rate wound up being higher. Partly my fault. I never actually discussed rate nor did I read paperwork thoroughly. When I brought it to their attention they made it right. It was a very pleasant experience. More
