Both Pete and Matt took excellent care of my needs. They listened to what I was looking for and were very patient in closing a deal with me. Satisfied customer I’ve had my Subaru Forester ten days and am loving it. I stopped at the dealership because I had observed a blue car on the lot that appealed to me. A I’ve had my Subaru Forester ten days and am loving it. I stopped at the dealership because I had observed a blue car on the lot that appealed to me. A test drive of it, made me decide it was a little smaller than I wanted, so I decided to look at the Forester. I also had the Salesman, Craig, show me a used Forester with a little warranty left. Craig patiently let me test drive both cars and worked up prices. I easily took three hours of his time, examining models and features before deciding which level of the Forester was best for me. The dealership was able to have the car in the color I wanted the next day, and when I drive off the lot, Craig’s tutorial left me feeling confident to handle all the cars great features. I had a follow up interview with Dina this week that answered a few outstanding questions. It’s been a great experience and I love the option of a free car wash whenever I want. More
