Beware Tire and Wheel Package The sales experience was fine but when the paperwork needed to be completed, there was a Allstate Tire And Wheel Package which I clearly did not want The sales experience was fine but when the paperwork needed to be completed, there was a Allstate Tire And Wheel Package which I clearly did not want or ask for. They just put it in there hoping you'll pay $399.00 for something you don't need. I cancelled the package at the dealership the next day and ten days later a refund to the finance company has not been done. It really killed the entire sales experience. Not Happy. Update: I finally received refund on January 31st after reaching out to the owner. More

It was a pleasure doing business with John at Boardman Subaru. They really do go the extra mile. I drove an 1.5 hours out of my way to purchase my Subaru from them. My local dealership did not want to mo Subaru. They really do go the extra mile. I drove an 1.5 hours out of my way to purchase my Subaru from them. My local dealership did not want to move on the price of the vehicle I was looking at but Boardman Subaru had the vehicle much cheaper and they we wonderful to work with from finding me a better loan rate then the manufacture. Purchase of 2020 Subaru Outback Limited XT When we pulled into the dealership around 4:45PM Friday, December 6th, 2019, our salesman, David Kuszaj was there to meet us right away. He showed us When we pulled into the dealership around 4:45PM Friday, December 6th, 2019, our salesman, David Kuszaj was there to meet us right away. He showed us the car outside the showroom window all detailed and ready for us. The new lease paperwork was all ready for us by the time we arrived. After meeting with the finance person, David took the initiative to sign us up for the Subaru Starlink program that we had on our previous leased 2017 Subaru Outback that we turned in that same evening for the new 2020 Subaru Outback Limited XT. After getting us set up on the Subaru Starlink account for both my wife and I to use on the new Outback, David then sat with my wife and I in the new car, and went over in great detail all the features and cool tech gadgets on the new Outback, especially on the tablet-size display. I was very impressed at how fast the process was. Only took about 1.5 hours from start to finish considering how busy they were at the dealership. We ran into some problems with the car that Sunday where the battery died. After calling Subaru Roadside Assistance and with their help jumping the battery that Sunday, my wife drove the car back to the dealership that Monday December 9th. Dave was made aware of the situation and took the initiative then to order a new battery for the car. Wife drove the car home that same day. However, the car was not able to start due to a dead battery again this past Friday 12/13. This time, Dave was able to get someone from the dealership to drive up a loaner car to my wife that Saturday morning 12/14 which we greatly appreciated. I realize the car issues are not David's fault and I can't blame him for it. I am happy that he was able to make it convenient to have someone drive the loaner car up to our house that is an hour away from the dealership and drive our 2020 Subaru Outback to the dealership to continue to troubleshoot the issues for such a new car. Then, today, Tuesday, 12/17/19, the dealership sent Dina Wells from Boardman Subaru to our house to bring up the fixed new Outback and return the loaner car. She assisted my wife with going over the technical features and apps on the large display screen more in detail. Despite the issues with the new car, I am very pleased with the customer service experience overall. David and his team went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were taken care of and ensured the leasing process was a pleasant experience. More
