They just put it in there hoping you'll pay $399.00 for something you don't need. I cancelled the package at the dealership the next day and ten days later a refund to the finance company has not been done. It really killed the entire sales experience. Not Happy. Update: I finally received refund on January 31st after reaching out to the owner. More
