Amazing dealership!!! We went in on Saturday and looked at two used cars. On Monday, we came home with the one we liked, and my son came home with the other one. Finally got a Subaru!! This is our first Subaru. I have been wanting an Outback for more than 4 years. The person most helpful from the beginning and my first contact with This is our first Subaru. I have been wanting an Outback for more than 4 years. The person most helpful from the beginning and my first contact with the dealership prior to purchasing was Anthony O'Nesti. It was Anthony's knowledge and understanding of what we needed in an Outback that was the biggest factor in convincing my husband that this is the car we should purchase! He answered several calls regarding questions we had and gave us confidence that we were making the right decision in our choice. Anthony is definitely an asset to your dealership!! We had a few glitches with the salesmen that we had booked appointments with not being available on a couple of occasions The one that did sell us our Outback was Donnie Packner with the approval of Tug Sanner on price. Donnie was very helpful but did tell us that the package we chose had a heated steering wheel which it does not. We have not checked out all of the package features yet but are hopeful that the other features that we were told are included, are there. Donnie is a very friendly guy and treated us well. Tug Sanner was extremely helpful in getting a price for us that we could accept. Marty Melone is fantastic!! He came to our home to show us how to work all of the features and set up some of them for us that we would be using right away. He is a tremendously patient man and absolutely genuine with his friendly manner and wanting to help in any way possible. Marty has a smile that is as genuine as his friendliness, making us feel very comfortable asking him to repeat a few instructions. We feel we made a new friend! He is a most valuable asset to Boardman Subaru!!! We only had a brief interaction with Dina Pelly but she was very accommodating and friendly on our courtesy return visit to the dealership. This is a great place to buy a Subaru..there is no need to go out of town! More
