Boardman Subaru - customer service from start to finish I am totally satisfied with Boardman Subaru. Everything was low key, honest, pleasant, and the emphasis was on getting me the particular SUV I needed I am totally satisfied with Boardman Subaru. Everything was low key, honest, pleasant, and the emphasis was on getting me the particular SUV I needed for my lifestyle. The internet with Doug initially, is what got me to their door. He was quick to reply, honest, and never high pressure. I would not have came in to that dealership if he had, as that is not my personality. I was then given to David as the salesperson. He first wanted to know what I knew about Subaru- we discussed what made them safer and superior to other brands. Then, he asked which models I was interested in, and I told him why. He then asked a few more questions, about how I would use the vehicle, who I would be transporting, etc. He brought a Forester up to test drive-that was it! It was exactly what I needed. So then negotiations ( the most difficult usually ) but there was not much back and forth-it was a good process with them. I was given a full tour of the facility from David, and everyone was friendly. Signing final paper work with John, was actually enjoyable. John explained everything, and answered questions graciously. David has been in contact a few times via text-which works in my life best. Hopefully the rest of my "life within Subaru family" goes as well. More
